Louisiana Green @ Camp Casey in Crawford, TX

One of our members in the Greater New Orleans Green party and GP Louisiana, Andrea Garland, is at Camp Casey right now in Crawford, TX.
Cindy Sheehan is very closely connected to our local anti-war activism group, Louisiana Activist Network. Cindy is going to be coming here in September to speak at LSU in Baton Rouge for an event organized by CAWI, Coalition Against War & Injustice. Then, she will be riding the Peace train from New Orleans up to the UFPJ/ANSWER march in DC.

Andrea has gone with Buddy & Annie Spell (Sheehan's attorney), and Ward Reilly, the SE rep for Vietnam Veterans against the War & a Veterans for Peace activist. They are closely working with Cindy and Andrea is also helping William Pitt of Truthout.
